PERMA BLEND CORRECTION

Professional Perma Blend colors for the correction of unwanted shades in permanent make-up. These shades can be used directly or mixed arbitrarily to achieve the desired shade. These are pigments that are specially combined so that they do not change or oxidize the shade after healing and slowly fade to lighter shades of the original color. These colors meet EU tests and have successfully undergone rigorous CTL testing. In addition, the colors are also Vegan and not tested on animals.
